July 2014 Confirmed to be Music Jam with a Special Guest!

A few days ago Polo Field announced on the CP blog that the Music Jam is coming in June! I’m so excited because we haven’t had a non-takeover Music Jam for SOOO LONG!  Cadence and the Penguin Band will be back as meetable characters and there’s going to be a NEW mini game for members!

Only two hours after Polo posted that, he posted that Cole Plante is helping CP remix some of their songs. I have no idea who he is, or where he came from, but I am SUPER sick of Disney idolizing their ‘stars’ (long story for another post). He also looks mysteriously emo, which is not the best example for children on Club Penguin.

BUT, Polo said that when he interviews Cole Plante, he’s going to bring back Businesmoose to help him! WOO HOO!

Where in the World is Spike Hike?

This update is from the man himself, Spike Hike:

Hey Penguins, if you haven’t heard from me as much recently, its because I’ve been working on something super secret that has been taking a lot of my time. It’s the Next Big Thing for CP and beyond… and we’re really excited about it! Hopefully we can show you a sneak peak in the next few months.
I’m also taking some new things on. I will now be overseeing all of Disney Mobile Games in addition to Club Penguin and Project: Super Secret. It’s all a work-in-progress, but you will be able to see some of the new things we are working on at http://www.disney.com/games.
With all that’s going on you may be hearing from me a little less often – but don’t worry! I’m still around and will always be Spike Hike! CP is a very special community that I am thankful to be a part of every day. I will still be doing Spike meetups, but around events and on a less regular basis.
I want to thank you all for letting me be a part of your childhood and by doing so, to get to be a kid again myself. And as a parent, it has been a special family bond to share CP with my three penguins at home, so our family thanks you, too.
This is not by any means goodbye! I look forward to seeing you around in Club Penguin and checking in with you from time-to-time. CP has been and always will be bigger than one person. You ARE Club Penguin and you will always be in my heart!

This super episode of the Spoiler Alert includes the Penguin Style for Penguin Prom and the Penguin Cup! It also includes some Spanish (or is it Portuguese??) translations 😀

I am soooo hoping GREEN wins! I absolutely love green (hence Greengirl816)! The Penguin Style also looked really good too! I’m also happy to see Fairy Fables back as it is my favorite production ever since I joined. GO GREEN!

UK Magazine Confirms Penguin Cup!

This is some exciting news from Daffodaily5! She leaked the cover of the Club Penguin Magazine, confirming the Penguin Cup! This is what she said:

As I said, this issue focuses on next month’s Penguin Cup party, so you should expect lots of sport related info! As I’m from the UK, I’m obviously a huge footy fan, so this issue is super exciting! Of course, one of the most important things about any upcoming party is what outfit to wear, so it’s worth taking a cheeky glance at Cadence’s Catwalks  to see some fab outfit ideas for you to try out!
